Although long-time yoga teacher Leslie Howard is most well known for her workshops and for book on pelvic health, Pelvic Liberation, she has a lot of other health-related topics that she feels passionate about. One of them is digestion, a topic I know is also a big concern for many of our readers.

To find out more about her thoughts about how yoga can help people with digestion problems, including sluggish digestion as well as constipation, I decided to talk with her on Zoom. It not only turned out to be a great conversation, during which we covered a lot of ground, but this time she demonstrated some essential digestion poses, both of which I had never seen before! Now today I’m going to share the unedited, 21-minute recording with you. I hope you enjoy it.
