My post Interview with Charlotte Bell, Author of “Hip-Healthy Asana” introduced you to Charlotte and her latest book, Hip-Healthy Asana: The Yoga Practitioner’s Guide to Protecting the Hips and Avoiding SI Joint Pain. And today I’m pleased to tell you that I can share some excerpts from the book with you! I chose three excerpts that I thought would appeal the most to our readers. The first two provide background information about Charlotte’s reasons for writing the book and why stabilizing the hips is so important, but the third one is a full practice for stabilizing your hips.
